Label rewinders - label unwinders

Our range of label rewinders / unwinders can handle labels up to 120mm (4.72"), 127mm (5"), 174mm (6.85") wide and rewind / unwind label rolls having outside diameter up to 170mm (6.7"), 250mm (10") and 300mm (11.81") onto adjustable core holders from 40mm (1.57") to 118mm (4.64") or a 76mm (3") fixed core holder. Optional support for heavy rolls available. Several different models available.

Label dispensers

Simple to use, media passes through the dispenser, label is peeled away from the backing paper and presented to be picked up. Operator can adjust the length of label to be dispensed through a control panel as well as set the number of labels to be dispensed, types of advancing and much more. Several different models available that can handle any job you may have.

Label Finishing Systems

D.P.R. offers some different all-in-one systems that unwind, laminate for labels added durability, digitally die-cut, remove the excess label material around each die-cut shape, slit, and rewind offering you everything to professionally cut and finish labels. This allows you to cut different types of material and shapes on the fly without the added cost of dies.

Reel to Reel Systems

Our different models of automatic Label Counters are born to count the labels on a roll, to rewind and unwind the labels on one machine, to rewind the labels onto different core sizes, to rewind small rolls of labels from a larger one and also to rewind small rolls with a preset number of labels from a larger roll.

UV Varnish Module

The UV varnish module is an accessory available for Taurus and Aries finishing systems; it is a flexographic unit equipped with an anylox cylinder capable of depositing 3.5 grams of varnish per square meter with a semi-gloss finishing (it is possible to order the anylox cylinder with customised finishing specifications)
