For the different needs of our customers, we have developed two varnish modules, compatible with our ARIES and TAURUS finishers:

- Full rotary flood varnish module with flexographic station and UV lamp

- Full rotary spot varnish module with flexographic station and UV lamp, including cold foil capability
(Alternatively, the flexographic unit can serve as a single-color printing station in-line.)

With the superior finishing achieved by these modules, which can also be retrofitted, you can add prestige and extra value to your printed labels.

An optional slot is also available for installing a Corona treatment device.

• Flood Varnish module (TYPE 1)

  The Flood varnish module is an accessory available for TAURUS and ARIES; it is a flexographic unit equipped with an anylox cylinder capable of depositing 3.5 grams of varnish per square meter with a semi-gloss finishing (it is possible to order the anylox cylinder with customised finishing specifications).
  
  Installed in-line to the finishing systems, the power of the UV lamp is automatically adjusted according to the laser cutting speed and when the media stops inside it, the protective shutter immediately intervenes.
